David M. Brown

David M. Brown, 3-year-old son of Keith and Rose Brown of Moline, Illinois, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2021, at University of Chicago Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois, after battling cerebral palsy courageously since birth.

Public visitation is 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Thursday, February 25, at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline. Private services will be Friday with The Rev. Lee Bezotte of Mercy Vineyard Church, Moline, officiating. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to the family.

David Mwine Brown was born May 30, 2017, the first of three children to Keith and Rose (Tshibengi) Brown. He loved pictures of rainbows and suns, listening to music of all kinds, and having his cheeks and feet touched by those that loved him so much.

He was a very strong and brave boy who fought very hard until the very end. He is survived by his beloved parents, Keith and Rose Brown of Moline; his two younger siblings, Seth and Destiny Brown; his grandmothers, LaDonna Brown and Therese Kwila; his great-grandmother, Barb Brown; and a host of uncles and aunts, including James Brown, Emmanuel, Madeleine, Leon, Moise, Patricia, Albert, Junior, John, and Merveille. He was preceded in death by grandfathers, Larry Brown and Victor Tshibenji, and an uncle, Andre.
