David G. Klein

David G. Klein, 69, of East Moline, Illinois, died Thursday, August 29, 2024, at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, Iowa City.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home.

David George Klein was born May 13, 1955, in Cecil, Wisconsin, the son of Willard and Rose (Long) Klein. He owned and operated a roofing and siding company for many years. He enjoyed fishing, crafting, cars, playing games on his computer, watching movies, and was a die hard Green Bay Packers Fan. 

He is survived by his son, Dakota (Ashley) Klein; his mother, Rose Klein; his granddaughter, Lilyana Klein; and his siblings, Randall Klein, Regina Prey, Willy Klein and Cindy Bubolz. He is preceded in death by his father, Willard Klein.
