Danny L. Brown, 68, of Rock Island, Illinois, formerly of Colona, Illinois, died Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at home.

A gathering to celebrate Danny’s life will begin at 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 18, at Racer’s Edge, 936 15th Avenue, East Moline. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the family.

Danny Lee Brown was born October 7, 1956, in Moline. He enjoyed his career as a truck driver. He also loved music, motorcycles and stock car driving.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Tracy and Chris Svetlick of East Moline; three grandchildren, Nathan, Abbi and Markus Kain; and his good friend, Ron Cooper. He was preceded in death by his father, Claude Brown, and a brother, Vern Brown.
