Dan Babers III, 67, of Rock Island, Illinois, died Friday, March 29, 2019, at UnityPoint Health - Trinity Rock Island.

Services are 6:00 p.m. Monday, April 8, 2019, in the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline. Cremation will take place prior to services at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home.

Dan was born September 13, 1951, in Rock Island, the son of Dan Jr. and Minnie (Nicholson) Babers. He graduated from Rock Island High School.

He is survived by four children, Angela Babers, Danny and Darnell Robinson, and Fannie McKnelly; several grandchildren; and his mother, Minnie Babers, of Rock Island.
