Cecile Marie Soderstrom

Moline, Illinois Cecile M. Soderstrom, 63, formerly of Moline, died Tuesday, April 30, 2002, in Trinity Medical Center, West Campus, Rock Island. Services are 2 p.m. Friday at Trimble Funeral Home, Moline. The Reverend Nancy Jaster will officiate. Burial is in Moline Memorial Park. Visitation is one hour before the services. Memorials may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church, Moline, or Illinois Heart Association. Cecile Marie Soderstrom was born December 16, 1938, in Moline, the daughter of W. Dale and Helen (Treftz) Soderstrom. She was secretary at the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services for 25 years, and previously worked at John Deere Planter Works. She was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Moline, and Heritage Chapter of American Business Women's Association. Cecile is survived by an aunt, Carolyn Leland Miller of Macomb, Illinois, and cousins, JoAnne Leland of Macomb, Rev.
