Carol J. Morehouse

Carol J. Morehouse, 86, of Coal Valley, Illinois, died Sunday, March 10, 2024 at Allure of the Quad Cities. 

A private burial will take place at Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home, 701 12^th Street, Moline, Illinois. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.

Carol Joan Morehouse was born October 20, 1937, in Rock Island, Illinois, the daughter of Orren and Elizabeth (Bleckschmidt) Oyler. She graduated from Rock Island High School in 1955.

She was the Founder and President of Blue Angel Fan Club, President of Auxiliary Milan Little League, and an Auxiliary member of Local Chicago Cubs Fan Club. She enjoyed hosting dinners for Blue Angels and Chicago Cubs Fan Clubs, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and spending time with her dogs. 

Carol is survived by her children, Barbra (Jay) Lundberg, and Clint (Michelle Love) Morehouse; her grandchildren, Kimberly (Steven), Robbie (Michaela), Kristen (Brandon), Taylor, Ava Rose, Hannah, Stella, and Sophia; and great-grandchildren, Mickenzie, Ava Nicole, Mason, Roman, Cecilia, Lillian, Brooklyn, and Peyton. She is preceded in death by her parents; Barbra’s father, Richard P. Jepson; and daughter, Debra Jepson.
