Moline, Illinois Bruce L. Judd, 84, of Moline, Illinois, formerly of Crete, Illinois, died Thursday, August 12, 2004, in Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island, Illinois. Graveside services are 12:30 p.m. Monday at Cedar Park Cemetery, Calumet Park, Illinois. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association. Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline, is in charge of arrangements. Bruce Livingston Judd was born November 12, 1919, in Chicago, the son of Earl Charles and Shirley Darlene Platt Judd. He graduated from DePauw University, Greencastle, Indiana. He married Rosemary June Paxton on August 14, 1943, in Ketchikan, Alaska, where he was serving in the United States Coast Guard. He was a State Farm Insurance Agent in Crete for 25 years, retiring in 1984. He was past president of Holiday Ramblers Camping Group and Lincolnshire Country Club Home Owners Association, past secretary of the Pompano Surf Club, Pompano Beach, Florida, a member of Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity at DePauw University, and Crete United Methodist Church, and had been a Cub Scout Cub Master. He loved music and played the organ and piano, enjoyed traveling, and pug dogs. Bruce is survived by his wife of 61 years, June; three children and their spouses, Michael and Janet Judd of Moline, Warren and Marjorie Judd of Round Rock, Texas, and Bonnie and Philip Ketterhagen of Burlington, Wisconsin; seven grandchildren, Adam and Nathan Judd, Karoline and Matthew Judd, and Todd, Bradley and Leanne Ketterhagen; four great-grandchildren, Chase, Mackenzie, and Lillian Ketterhagen and Aidan Judd; and a brother and sister-in-law, Vernon and Joan Judd of Green Lake, Wisconsin.
