Bonnie Blackman, 61, of Rock Island, Illinois, died Monday, August 13, 2018, at UnityPoint Health - Trinity Rock Island.
Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.
The former Bonnie Kay Hill was born May 24, 1957, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the daughter of Donald and Carol (Stephens) Hill. She was a CNA for many area nursing homes.
She enjoyed playing bingo and gambling on the boats, working on arts and crafts (especially plaster), and hanging out with friends. Above all else, family was the most important thing to Bonnie, especially her children and grandchildren.
Bonnie is survived by four children, Christopher Hill of Washington, and Chad (Janice) Hill, Chase Swent and Carolyn Hill, all of Rock Island; grandchildren, Riley Hill, Triston Solis, Kalie Solis, Matthew Coon, Alisia Sarver, and Liam Hill; and two siblings, Vicki (Robert) DeMarlie of Sioux Falls, and Dennis Hill of Nashville, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Susan Anderson.
