Bonetta J. Duby

Bonetta J. Duby, 78, of Coal Valley, Illinois, died Tuesday, February 6, 2018, in Hospice of St. Francis, Titusville, Florida.

Services are 10 a.m. Monday at Trimble Funeral Home, 1700 1st Street, Coal Valley, with The Rev. Tim Snart officiating. Burial is in Farlow Grove Cemetery, Matherville. Visitation is 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday. Memorials may be made to The Hospice of St. Francis, 1250 Grumman Place, Titusville, FL 32780.

The former Bonetta Joyce Stanforth was born September 7, 1939, in Moline, to Harvey and Laura Link Stanforth. She married Robert J. Duby on December 1, 1960, in Moline. She loved to winter in Florida for the past 20 years.

Bonetta is survived by her husband, Bob; two daughters, Kay Pearson and her husband Steve of Coal Valley, and Laura Lord of Fairfield, Illinois; nine grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Paul Lord; a great-great-grandchild; and sisters, Rosemary Slavish and Beverly Hartman.
