Barbara J. Baugher

Barbara J. Baugher, 72, of Moline, Illinois, died Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at River Crossing of Moline.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. Private burial is in Pioneer Cemetery, Monroe County, Iowa.

The former Barbara Jean Ripley was born October 25, 1949, in Illinois City, Illinois, the daughter of Paul and Dorothy (Carlisle) Ripley.

She loved Elvis, playing Bingo, and was a Unicorn fanatic! Above all else, family was the most important thing to Barbara.

Barbara is survived by three children, Julie (Russell) Pope of Des Moines, Iowa, Steven (Michelle) Baugher of Moline, and Rebecca (Brad) Wildman of Rock Falls, Illinois; eight grandchildren, Thomas (Erin) Davis, Christina (Jerry) Burmeister, Daniel Davis, Nathaniel (Cheryl) Baugher, Natalie (Paul) Petrosuk, Christopher Baugher, Zachary Wildman, and Ecco Wildman; and a brother, William Ripley. She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant son, Donald Baugher.
