Anne M. Bean

Anne M. Bean, 75, formerly of Chetek, Wisconsin, died Friday, February 11, 2005, in Rosewood Care Center, Moline, Illinois.

Services are 9:40 a.m. Wednesday at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline, and 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Moline. Burial is in Rose Lawn Memorial Estate, Moline. Visitation is 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Knapp Haven Nursing Home, Chetek.

The former Anne Marilyn Trefz was born July 6, 1929, in Moline, the daughter of Raymond and Hazel (Godfrey) Trefz. She graduated from Moline High School in 1948, and married Paul B. Bean on September 12, 1953, in Moline. He died September 30, 2004.

Anne is survived by four children and their spouses, Katherine and Don Shumway of Traverse City, Michigan, Kevin and Cindy Bean of Fresno, California, Peter and Donna Bean of Detroit, Michigan, and Sarah and Bill Turner of Cameron, Wisconsin; four grandchildren, Alan and Joshua Bean and Tricia and Travis Turner; and a brother, Henry Trefz of Rock Island.
