Ann E. Smith

Ann E. Smith, 78, of High Ridge, Missouri, died Friday, May 22, 2020, at her daughter’s home in Coal Valley, Illinois.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home, Coal Valley. Memorials may be made to a local food shelter.

The former Ann Evans Silver was born February 15, 1942, in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Arthur and Elaine (Evans) Silver.

She enjoyed playing Soduko. Above all else, family was the most important thing to Ann.

Ann is survived by five children, Terry (Mark) Branson of Coal Valley, Robert Smith of Byrnes Mill, Missouri, Arthur (Kathy) Smith of Imperial, Missouri, Charles Smith of High Ridge, and Emily Wondell of High Ridge; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a sister, Shirley Pierre.
