Angela E. Wassell

Angela E. Wassell, 40, of Geneseo, Illinois, formerly of Moline, Illinois, died Friday, June 4, 2021.

There will be a Celebration of Life and luncheon at East Moline American Legion from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, June 20. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home.

The former Angela Elizabeth Bunt was born June 22, 1980, in Moline, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Pauly) Bunt. She graduated from Moline High School in 1998 and went on to marry Douglas Wassell, who passed away in 2016.

She enjoyed her pets, gardening and writing poetry. Above all else, family was the most important thing to her.

Angie is survived by two sons, Austin Bunt and Joseph Wassell, both of East Moline; her parents, Joseph and Mary Bunt of Moline; a sister, Amy (Jason) Stumphy of Orion, Illinois; and nephews, Brady Morgan and Nicholas Stumphy.
