Albert F.D. ?Dud? Rifley, 80, of Moline, died, January 5, 2005, at Parkview Terrace, East Moline.
Graveside Services are 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 8, 2005 in the Chapel at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation is from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline.
Albert F.D. Rifley was born September 15, 1924 in Moline, the son of Albert Franklin and Anna (Carr) Rifley. He married the former Naomi Pauline Wellman, November 23, 1949 in Rock Island. Dud was employed as a truck driver for the Village of Milan water treatment plant, retiring in 1990. Prior to that he worked at Moline Consumers, and as a security guard for Per Mar. He enjoyed fishing, and loved cars.
Survivors include his wife, Naomi, two daughters, Evelyn and Dennis Aten, Sevierville, TN, and Juanita Churchill, Rock Island, a son, Dudley and Kathy Rifley, Moline, eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
