Ahnajae Nicole Lee Rhymes

Ahnajae Nicole Lee Rhymes, 7-month old daughter of Jonna Gaddy and Edward Rhymes, Jr., passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Monday, June 10, 2024, at home.

Services are 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 20, in the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12^th Street, Moline.  Visitation is one hour prior to services.  Burial is in Riverside Cemetery, Moline.  Memorials may be made to the family.

Ahnajae was born October 12, 2023, in Moline, the daughter of Jonna Gaddy and Edward Rhymes. 

She is survived by her parents, Jonna Gaddy of East Moline, and Edward Rhymes, Jr. of Davenport, Iowa; siblings, Jamilliah Gaddy, Kamari Gaddy, Ka’Miyah Gaddy, Keyshaune Rhymes, JaiMonnie Rhymes-Gaddy, Clairshawn Brown, Taesune Rhymes, Adarius Rhymes, India Brown, Nathaniel Rhymes and Natalia Rhymes; grandparents, Deb Gaddy of Rock Island, Jonathan Gaddy, Sr. of East Moline, and Sabrina and Edward Rhymes, Sr. of University Park, Illinois; great-grandparents, Yvonne Campbell, Rebecca Campbell, and Ruby Ware; aunts and uncles, Destiny Gaddy, Shylo Gaddy, Jonathan Gaddy, Jr., Gabrielle Gaddy, Paris Radcliff, Kordell Radcliff, Brittney Rhymes, and LaKesha Rhymes; great-aunts, Tammy and Paula Campbell; and her Godmothers, Nicole Abraham and her children, Ja'Von Jernigan, Keyanah Kosgard, Amiah Abraham, Fayelynn Zimmerman, Karma Kosgard, Harley Jernigan, and Breonna Davis and her children, Breon Smith and Aubrie Davis.   She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Bertha Kelso and Frankie Campbell, her uncle, Justin Jordan Rhymes, and her Godmother, Nicole Abraham’s son, Jeremiah Jernigan.
